We provide ongoing advice in the domain of individual labour relations, in particular for the drafting of employment contracts and disciplinary law, the elaboration and implementation of (individual or collective) dismissal procedures or negotiated departures. We intervene in the defining of the status of executives and the fiscal and social security schemes governing their employment.
We also assist our clients in their discussions or negotiations of collective agreements with the structures representing the personnel, or unions.
We participate in acquisition audits.
We of course represent our clients before all French courts and in particular before the Labour Courts and Courts of Appeal.
